Bio
I founded and started this company because I saw a genuine need in the marketplace. After over 25 years in Real Estate and Homebuilding, most of those as a senior manager, and meetings with hundreds of customers, I fully came to appreciate and understand that while many people desire to purchase or build a new custom home they truly did not fully understand the actual process. This process is different from the traditional process of purchasing a resale home. It is and should be an exciting and wonderful experience but there are many questions/decisions and steps that must be addressed in this purchase process. The general public simply does not understand all that is involved and rightfully so. When I looked around at the market place I recognized many reputable and traditional Real Estate agents. These agents are very talented and successful but the vast majority do not have a certain expertise as it relates to new home purchasing and custom construction. The purchasing consumer deserves to have that expertise and representation available in the market place. Buyers deserve to have and be able to take advantage of that knowledge and value. Someone who represents their interest not the builders'. So after sitting on the "other" side of the table for so may years I decided to create a company that offers that specialized service. A company whose knowledge and abilities could truly offer value to the customer and deliver them an exceptional home buying or custom home building experience.
