• We negotiate on your behalf. We take the stress and burden off of you.  We leverage our experience and expertise in the new home industry to obtain the best value for your investment. We fully understand the custom homebuilding industry.  We have a full understanding of current construction costs and current market trends. We know how the custom home building process works and we work that strength to your advantage.  We manage the bid process for you and thoroughly review each bid with you to make sure you understand all aspects of each bid. 

• We coordinate all contract paperwork.  We thoroughly review all documents with you prior to signing to ensure you understand your commitment and requirements as well as the commitment and requirements of your builder. We make sure copies of the documents are forwarded to your lender and all other pertinent parties.

• We are your eyes.  Remember we provide weekly inspections or as necessary to ensure that construction is moving according to schedule and at the quality and standards you contracted for. If there are issues we address them on your behalf with the construction manager to ensure they are corrected and the home is completed to your satisfaction.

• We coordinate and manage the communication process.  We keep you, your lender and all pertinent parties apprised weekly of the construction schedule.  We notify you immediately of any sudden change or delay ensuring your ability to plan you move accordingly.
