Our Story 

I founded and started this company because I saw a genuine need in the marketplace.  After over 30 years in Real Estate and Homebuilding, most of those spent at a senior manager level, and meeting with literally thousands of customers and clients,  I fully came to appreciate and understand that while many people desire to purchase a home, build a new custom home or sell a home, they truly do not fully understand the complexities of the actual process.  The process for purchasing a new builder  home is different from the traditional process of purchasing a resale home. Buying, selling, building or remodeling  a home should be an exciting and positive experience.  Still, there are many questions, decisions and steps that must be addressed in the process. The general public simply does not understand all that is involved and rightfully so. They do not deal with it on a daily basis.  They just know they want it right.  

When I looked around at the market place I recognized many reputable and traditional Real Estate companies. What I quickly saw was a lack of professional expertise to deal with new home construction or remodeling. Clients had to go "outside" to find design, building and decorating services.  There were no comprehensive services offered in one location or company.    The purchasing consumer deserves to have that "full" expertise and representation available to them in one "go to" source. Buyers and Sellers deserve to have and be able to take advantage of that knowledge and service.  So after sitting on the "other" side of the table for so may years I decided  to create a company that offers that specialized  comprehensive service to its clients.  A company whose knowledge, experience and abilities can truly offer value to our clients and deliver them an exceptional home buying, selling, building or remodeling experience.
