When relocating, you probably won't have the time to look at every conceivable area listing when you make a first visit to the new area. At best, you might have the time to visit 12-24 properties on a given visit so it is very important to narrow the scope of your preview list first with these tips:
- Have a clear and defined list of needs and wants. Arrange your needs into one list. Then put the things you simply want in another. If a property doesn't match one or both then eliminate it.
- Know your budget based on the markeplace. Concentrate your online searches to just above or below your defined price range. We will fully educate you on the current Georgetown market place so you can concentrate your searches on the right properties.
